Shipping

At Lost Laces, we offer standard shipping across the United Arab Emirates. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that your order is processed and shipped in a timely manner.

Our standard shipping timeframe is 2-5 business days. We understand that you are excited to receive your new sneakers, and we strive to deliver them to you as quickly as possible.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lost Laces. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy on unused items.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at lostlaces.ae@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. They will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that the item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. Please send us an image of the sole of the shoe to confirm this. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria.

If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
